How to Flash Galaxy S3 T999 Mokee ROM Android L 5.1.1

Mokee, Android L 5.1.1 stock custom ROM from Mokee is another group such CyanogenMod group, built very smooth and stable version for this Samsung Galaxy S3 T999 ( T-Mobile Version ).
Now I just install on my Galaxy S3 T999 in this morning. I will show how smooth it is. Let's see the feature of this ROM. I recommend release because release rom(odexed) is faster than nightly (deodexed). Fast boot speed.

Here are all the steps that you need to follow to flash this stable custom ROM on your beautiful new Samsung Galaxy Note 5.

* Before you flash this Note 5 custom ROM, make sure to:

• First of all Please backup your device such as contact, messages, call log and photo video etc...
• Enable USB debugging option on your device: Settings > Development Options > USB debugging. ( If you don't see it just go to About > tap 5 times faster on Build
• You have to root and install the custom recovery such as CWM or TWRP

• Your device must be charged to at least 60% of power.
• Download ROM: DARTHSTALKER_NOTE5_V6.zip

* Flashing Android 5.1.1 Lollipop Note 5 custom ROM:

• Required files: download DarthStaker Android 5.1.1 for Galaxy Note 5 and save it on your computer. Do not extract the contents. Also download the Google Apps Package for your Note 5.
• Connect Galaxy Note 5 to your computer using a USB cable and copy the zip file to your phone’s SD card.
• Disconnect the USB cord and power off your Samsung Galaxy Note 5.
• Boot it into recovery mode by pressing and holding Volume Up + Home + Power buttons together.
• Wipe data task: from CWM recovery menu, select wipe data / factory reset and confirm the process. Then go on to wipe cache partition and wipe dalvik cache.
• From recovery menu, select install zip from sdcard followed by choose zip from sdcard. Locate the DarthStaker Android 5.1.1 custom firmware and confirm the flashing process.
• Once done, repeat the above step for installing Gapps on your smartphone.
• After installation is done successfully, return back to main recovery menu and reboot your Note 5 into the new custom ROM. First boot takes a good 5 minutes so please be patient.

* What is flyme OS ?

Flyme OS is a stock and after market firmware developed by Meizu for smartphones based on the Android operating system. Some its key features are completely redesigned apps, one-handed usability and performance optimizations. The initial version, Flyme OS 1.0 based on Android 4.0.3 was released on Juny 12, 2012. It was praised by critics for its simple yet beautiful interface design. Flyme OS 2.0 was released later in 2012 . It brought improved cloud services and build-in root support, among other improvements. Flyme OS 3.0 was released together . It was one of the first Android firmwares to integrate a flat UI. Since Flyme OS 3.0, Dirac HD Sound is integrated, bringing an improved audio experience through a certain number of ear and headphones. The successor the Flyme OS 3.0, Flyme OS 4.0 was released in 2014.The current version of Flyme OS, Flyme OS 4.5, is based on Android Lollipop.

So to start enjoying Meizu in your phone [ I mean Flyme os in Mi4i ] .
   Requirements for flashing Flyme:
A working Mi4i phone with enabled USB debugging
         To enable USB Debugging Tap on MIUI Version 7 times and go to additional settings then to developer options - scroll down and look for it
Your Mi4i should have either 5.6.11 or 6.6.10 MIUI version so as not to have any bootloop
Rooted phone with a custom recovery like TWRP installed [ twrp is recommended]
Download Gapps and Flyme for Mi4i in root of your device storage with links at last
Phone Battery Charged Above 70% At Least.
Backup the original system data (contacts, SMS, application data, etc.)

   * INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS

• Boot into recovery
• Clear Data.
• Clear Cache.
• Clear Dalvik Cache.
• Flash flyme_MI4I file from from internal SDCard.

Note in the initial boot it takes 5-10 minutes and phone gets hot like red hot iron. and after booting then retart and install Gapps

Download Odin and How to use it correctly

I am not responsible for anything that may happen if you chose to use the below instructions... If your phone blows up... suck it up... and go buy new one!

Step 1: Download and Install Necessary Drivers (mirror link is better)
SAMSUNG USB Driver for Mobile - Phones v1.5.34.0.zip OR Mirror

Step 2: Download and Install Odin 3.04
Odin 3.07 OR Mirror

Step 3: On your Galaxy S3 got to Settings/Developer Options/USB Debuging -> check the box next to USB debugging -> say OK to security warning

Step 4: Turn your phone off

Step 5. Press Volume Down + Home (Center Button) + Power until the phone boots up to Warning screen

Step 6. Press Volume up once to enter download mode

Step 7. Open Odin3.04 by running as administrator and make sure all check boxes on in the Option section are unchecked except for Auto Reboot

Step 8. Plug your phone in to the USB cable and wait for the phone to be recognized by ODIN... When the phone is recognized the first rectangle under the Odin3 logo will turn yellow and show a com port

Step 9. Click on the PDA button and select your .tar file

Step 10. make sure no other boxes other than Auto-Reboot are checked and hit Start.

Step 11. Wait for the process to complete

MOST OF THE THINGS YOU WILL USE ODIN FOR (IE: ROMS & KERNELS) will use the PDA button - The Phone button is for Modems and Radios only and using it to flash anything else can and will brick your phone - In my time using ODIN I have never used Bootloader, CSC, UMS, or PIT files....

Xiaomi Mi 4i CM13 Android 6.0 Mashmallow

Hey guys, I really like Xiaomi Company. I am now using Mi 4i. I found that somebody port Cynanogen Mod 13 for this device. It has been more than 45 days since Google released the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update, but Xiaomi is yet to share its update plans for the freshest release of Android for its various budget and mid-range devices.

 

CM13 is the Marshmallow based version of the popular CyanogenMod ROM. Team CM hasn’t yet released the CyanogenMod 13 officially yet but source code for the ROM has already been released, and this Mi 4i CM13 ROM is only based on the source code. Eventhough it is realease in this time, but some feature may not work as well. This Xiaomi Mi 4i CM13 ROM is in very early stage of development, so don’t expect it to be your daily driver yet since some of the major functionalities aren’t working on the ROM yet.

Flashing Instructions:
- Unzip the file
- Open Odin 3.09
- Restart phone in download mode (Press and hold Home + Power + Volume down buttons)
- Connect phone and wait until you get a blue sign in Odin
- Add extracted MD5-file to AP
- Make sure re-partition is UNticked
- Start flash, sit back and wait a few minutes.
- If you encounter any issues with the firmware (Any FC, Bootloop etc)
- Boot into recovery mode (Home+ Power + Volume Up)
- Choose to wipe/factory reset. (THIS WILL ERASE ALL OF YOUR DATA INCLUDING YOUR INTERNAL SD CARD!)
- Then choose reboot and you should be good to go!

How To Install Android L 5.0.2 on Computer or Laptop

It’s not terribly complicated to install, especially if you’ve installed some form of Linux in the past. Let’s walk through the process, then briefly explore Android on the netbook.



Features of Android 5.0.2 x86  Lollipop for Computer/Laptops:

• Integration of the ffmpeg as the stagefright-plugins to support much more multimedia files. Now we can play HD and full HD videos in apps.
• Use the latest longterm stable kernel 3.10.30 with more drivers enabled. Most netbooks can run Android-x86 in the native resolution.
• OpenGL ES hardware acceleration for AMD Radeon and Intel chipsets (not include the PowerVR chips).
• Enhance the installer to support upgrade from previous versions (since ics-x86). The text based GUI installer supports ext3/ext2/ntfs/fat32 filesystems.
• KitKat style lanucher (Launcher3).
• Support Multi-touch, Wifi, Audio, Bluetooth, G-sensor and Camera.
• Simulate sdcard by internal storage.
• External usb drive and sdcard are auto mounted to /storage/usbX on plugging.
• Support hybrid mode of iso images.
• Multi-user support (max 8).
• Support Ethernet (DHCP only).
• Support VM like Qemu and VMware.

Step One: Download Androidx86 5.0.2-RC1 KitKat.iso

To get started, head to the Androidx86 project page. You’ll find the download here, but make sure you download the latest version: 5.0.2, better known as Lollipop.

There is only one versions of 5.0.2 offered and it runs smoothly on almost every Laptop and netbook with 32-Bit.

Desktop users: it’s probably not worth trying if you own a 64-Bit Machine but if you have a 32-bit or x86 based machine then Go Ahead.


Step Two: Copy To A Flash Drive

Now that you found the ISO file you need, it’s time to write it to a USB drive so you can boot from it. There are two main programs for doing this: UNetBootIn, which is cross platform, and Linux Live, which is only for Windows but very straightforward.

Use whichever you prefer; just copy the contents of the ISO to a flash drive. It doesn’t need to be huge: 1 GB should do it.

Step Three: Install

Now that you’ve got your USB drive, it’s time to boot from it. You’ll see this boot screen:

If you just want to try out Android, go ahead and select the LiveCD mode. You won’t be able to save any customizing you do, of course, but it’s a good way to see how well Android works on your system.

If you’d rather get straight to installing Android, go ahead and pick the “Install” option. There’s not a lot of options for dual-booting built into the installer, so be warned: getting that working might take some skills on your part. See the Androidx86 installation instructions for more information. If you don’t care about losing your current OS, though, installation is straight-forward.
